Being interviewed makes me nervous. One time this guy interviewed me for a writers newsletter, figured out I was disabled, and just couldn't seem to get past that. He wrote a whole article that did not mention a single place I'd been published.
But right away, when Mark Boatman contacted me for his article, "Outdoor Recreation: A Path to Improved Self-Esteem" (now available in the latest issue of New Mobility), I knew it was going to be fine. He asked good questions, and we had a lovely conversation about our strategies for enjoying the natural world. And the resulting article isn't just about me.
